All ComplyLayer plans begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to activate a paid plan after the trial ends.
ComplyLayer subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service on monthly plans.
Example: if you are billed on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 15th, you will retain access until the end of that month with no refund issued for the remaining days.
We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including:
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, contact us at support@complylayer.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue.
When you upgrade from Starter to Pro, the new rate applies from the next billing cycle. No partial-period charges are applied at the time of upgrade — you retain your current plan until the next renewal, then the new price takes effect.
When you downgrade from Pro to Starter, Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the difference.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data will remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
